Section 195-14. Continuance of nonconforming uses. The following regulations shall govern the continuation, termination, modification and certification of nonconforming uses.

C. A structure which is legal nonconforming shall be substantially destroyed and the cost to be repaired exceeds 50% of the current structural replacement value thereof.
