Long and Lean  –  Adult Exercise

Long and Lean exercise classes will resume on Monday, September 17th. Classes will be held twice a week, Monday and Thursday from 10:30 am – 11:30 am in the lower level of Village Hall. This class is free to Village residents.

Long and Lean exercise involves gentle stretching,  Pilates exercise, and light weights. Participants should bring an exercise mat, towel, and a water bottle.

Registration takes place before class begins on September 17th, so please come 10 minutes earlier that morning. We hope you are able to participate in the fun and the fitness.
