Long and Lean Exercise Class
Get ready for the return of Long and Lean adult exercise class. This one hour exercise class includes gentle stretching, Pilates exercise, and light weights. Participants are advised to bring an exercise mat, a towel, and a water bottle.
Classes begin Spring 2018 (final date to be determined). One schedule change to note. Class is held once a week, on Monday only. Time and location remains the same – lower level of Village Hall from 10:30 am to 11:30 am.
