Long and Lean adult exercise classes will resume on September 16. Classes are held in the lower level of Village Hall on Monday and Thursday from 10:30 – 11:30 am. Classes are expected to continue through November. This program is offered free to residents, thanks to grant funding obtained through Nassau County. The Long and Lean exercise program involves gentle stretching, some Pilates exercise, and light weights. Participants should bring an exercise mat and towel. Water is now available to participants. Registration takes place before the beginning of class on September 16th, so please come 10 minutes earlier that morning. This program has become very popular over the past few years, with a number of dedicated participants. It’s not too late for you to register and enjoy an hour of fun and fitness.
